Why don't you offer FREE SHIPPING with your racks and other large items?

Many of our products are large and heavy, and shipping cost varies widely depending on your shipping address.  We only want you to pay the actual shipping cost to your location.  If we included free shipping, we would have to inflate the estimated shipping cost included in the price to reduce our risk of losses, which most likely would result in you paying more than the actual cost.  By calculating shipping at checkout, you have confidence knowing that you REALLY only paid what it cost to get your purchase delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

YES!  If you want a Dmac Rack or one of our products, we will work with you to get it delivered.  Email us with your location and address info, and we will work to get you a custom freight quote for the items of your interest.

Why are your lead times so long?

It should be no surprise to anyone that the due to the current global climate, lead times for materials and components is sometimes long and unreliable.  While Dmac Racks strives to deliver our products quickly, these are engineered products that require components from multiple suppliers and also fabrication work.  Dmac Racks is currently a boutique supplier of premium products, and we are subject to the conditions of the current economy.  We are confident you will love our products once you receive them, and we appreciate your patience while we work to ship your order.

 

 

Can I get a custom color for my roof rack mountain profile backing plate not offered on your web site?

YES!  There is an up-charge fee of $100 for all custom colors. We give you an option to purchase a custom color on the product page. Once you make your purchase, send us an email with your requested color and we will check and get back to you confirming we can or cannot offer the color.   There are minimum costs to us associated with powder coating only 2 pieces of steel.  Why do we require an upcharge?  We can only buy the powders in 1lb minimum purchases, and our powder coating partner has a minimum fee per color used in any coating application.  HINT:  We strongly recommend selecting a color offered by Prismatic Powders. (We have no affiliation with Prismatic Powders, and we get no benefit/compensation from recommending them.  We just like to use their powders)
